por reclamación de Mega Media Holdings, Inc.

Hace meses recibí una notificación de YouTube y una recontranotificación mía aclaró las cosas. He aquí las dos.

I have already deleted those videos, but they really belong to megaTV and SBS, Spanish Broadcasting System, founded by the cuban patriot Pablo Raúl Alarcon Sr (1926-2008). and continued by his son Raúl Alarcon Jr. At the begining of those videos I have written clearly the courtesy of megaTV for those videos. My task hanging those videos is a patriotic and non profít mission; María Elvira Salazar knows my mission in YouTube because Luis Domínguez, who has been her invited many times in María Elvira Live!, has spoken to her about my person and my non profít mission. From other point of view, the videos that I have hung on YouTube. are free propaganda for megaTV and CBS, and another contribution of megaTV and SBS for having a free Cuba.
I consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located that I will accept service of process from the person who provided notifícation under subsection (c)(l)(C) or an agent of such person.
I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentifícation of the material to be removed or disabled.
