Tengo la opinión  que  en la siguiente relación hay unas pocas organizaciones y personas  cuyo trabajo real  respalda la ayuda monetaria recibida por la National Endowment for Democracy (NED) ,   pero la inmensa mayoría de ellas  son ¨globos¨ cuyo trabajo sólo se encuentra en los  papeles  que envían a la NED para justificar  una nueva petición de ayuda financiera o ¨grants¨ a la NED; con los fondos asignados por la  United States Agency for International Development (USAID) sucede algo similar.

Esto es un problema  que existe desde hace décadas;   la falta de  un control eficiente  ayuda a que ese problema se haya enraizado tanto en Cuba y cómo fuera de Cuba  en muchas organizaciones y personas  que han hecho de esa ayuda sólo  un modo de vida.

Nota final de Nuevo Acción: Todas esas “botellas” para “vivir” y lucrar del presupuesto dan asco y producen indignación, pero hay algunos acápites que por  la ineficaz y desconocida labor que dicen realizar y por sus “objetivos” francamente causan risa.
